Mikki Quiñones Avery was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. You'll hear those who love her call her "Mik." At 20 years old, she moved upstate and really felt a culture shock. For years she tried to make it feel like home, but it wasn't until she started her business, married her husband, Craig, and had her daughter, Mila, that she truly started to feel upstate NY as her home. Home to Mik is not a place, but a feeling, and she is very excited to offer a space in which she hopes that clients and employees alike feel at home.
